I am not talking about tonight's game. The Cubs paid him $8 million a year to lure him to Chicago, and this team lost the division and got bounced in the NLDS in the same year. Is he worth that much? Is he a good manager? There are plenty of questions being asked about him during the regular season and postseason. Next season will be a crossroads for both the Cubs and Counsell. If the team goes back to the meddling .500 team again, does he want to stay with an organization that is not committed to winning?

They weren’t live and that’s the problem. Bears defense was live. Miami’s defense wasn’t live. There is a respect level to how you handle yourself in a joint practice. Football is a violent sport, but the rules of engagement gotta be clearly defined. Nobody checked the Bears defense. It is what it is.
