I saw a graphic of the Elite 8 teams rosters, and 6 out of 8 teams had 2-3+ RETURNING starters.
Building a roster from scratch every single year can not be the new norm.

DJ Thomas is a prime example of what’s wrong with college sports. Hodge brings a low 3⭐️ from Texas with him to WVU, and then after a *decent* season he bolts to go back to Texas to everyone who told him he wasn’t good enough.
Players like this deserve the criticism that comes

I truly don't understand why some fans are upset that Ben McCollum isn't at WVU. He is an Iowa guy, and secondly, if we're talking two years ago (post-Eilert), he would have had zero experience in D-I. Isn't that the same issue many have with Hodge? Lack of D-I experience?
