@Astro_Nick3 @ProGolfCritic So true, I like most of the golfers in LIV but these clowns have really made me passionately against it

@ProGolfCritic I really was too early on Kaymer. What a disastrous start. Your voodoo is very strong.

@jp6125 Didn’t say PGAT. Said PGA Champ avg for all players. This isn’t a PGAT tweet.

@ProGolfCritic LiV League scoring average is accurate. PGAT average is incorrect, but that’s not surprising. 71.14 is the scoring average among players who compete predominantly on the PGAT. This excludes club professionals, LatAm, Asian, AustralAsian, African, DPWT, and Seniors.

@ProGolfCritic A Kaymer win this week would put LIV in an interesting spot as they’d have a guy who’s won a Major this year and likely to be relegated from the league🤔….might be time to start including points for placing in Majors.

I want to make this clear: I’m happy to see Martin Kaymer playing well. But I’m not rooting for him to win this #PGAChamp, just like I wasn’t rooting for him to win in 2010 (DJ) & wasn’t rooting for him to win at Pinehurst 2014 (DJ/Rickie). I don’t root for everyone on LIV - just most. I’d rather Brooks, P. Reed or Sahith win.

@ProGolfCritic I love Bryson, but he is likely to miss the cut. 2 majors in a row missing the cut. Maybe what he is doing is not preparing him mentally or honing his game well enough to compete at the highest level?

@IceCoan I’m just following what the stats say and what I see. Don’t be so emotional and don’t be surprised if he’s not in the lead after today. PS: I have a real job & it’s not tied to golf. 😂

@ProGolfCritic Scottie has NEVER led a major after 1 round until now and all you can talk about is how his game has fallen? Are you out of your farking mind? With LIVs downfall, how are your job applications at Footlocker going?

Here’s a Scottie Scheffler compliment for a change😱: his game has clearly fallen off (all stats suggest this - 59th in SG App today, which has been his elite skill). But his course management today was very impressive. I’ll admit. SG CM is 10/10. SG Putting 6th - may not last?

In a candid moment, Brooks Koepka admits off course issues took their toll last year on him and his wife Jena, "Last year was just difficult personally with what was going on off the golf course, nothing to do on it, it was just off."

@mrmckee I tend to agree. Bryson just needs to be himself, that’s what brings out his best golf.

After day one of the @PGAChampionship would you take this guy or the rest of the field to win?

@JohnnyGB412 Agreed: putting has been covering up a lot this year ironically. He’s had his worst approach year in years. 2023: 1st 2024: 1st 2025: 1st 2026: 23rd He’s lucky this isn’t Poa 😂

@ProGolfCritic He is 12th in SG putting on the pga tour this year. Which has kept his game in contention/good finishes all year. And with him putting on bent grass probably won’t fall off much (8 straight top 5s and 4 wins). But SG CM matters it’s playing like a US open. Fat part of green

Kaymer basically calling Stephen Jaeger a fake German in his presser was actually hilarious. 😂🇩🇪 #PGAChamp (1st time since the 2001 Open that 2 “German” players have been in the top 5 of a major - Langer/Cejka).

@ProGolfCritic I think a lot of this is not knowing his direction in the future. 2 years ago he was on top of the world. He really loved playing on LIV

@bigcontentguy He cited “distance control with his irons”. I cited the issue today was not “distance control with his irons.” 🙄 Wedges/SG are different & a diff skill. Did you just start following golf?

@ProGolfCritic “unrelated to his irons” buddy his wedges are the exact same length and weight as irons, thats the whole problem. when you need touch around the greens, precision on tight lies or to get really steep on one the longer, heavier club doesn’t help.
