@kittypurrzog @Meta Nope. My wife and I have a charity page that runs through her FB page. We needed help adding an administrator but my wife forgot her password and hadn't been able to reset it. 6 months later, still can't reset the password.

Anyone got juice at @Meta? A friend of mine who is a small business owner was hacked and permanently banned from FB/IG, which is killing her business, and she hasn’t been able to reach any humans at the company. Can anyone help? Thanks!
