@funnymonkey Cast iron skillets are the only kind I use. I just rinse with water and a copper scrubber and dry right away. Some of mine are 30 years old.

@funnymonkey I kick mine up a bit with addition of jalepeños, fresh grated ginger, lime, and some celery. I don’t cook it so it’s more relishy, but I do make it a few days ahead to give it some time to soften.
