We're living in probably the most weirdest Enterprise SEO times! So many big brands who scaled search traffic using unnecessary and irrelevant content losing traffic from usual search results nowadays meanwhile senior executives working for those brands posting that their GEO/AEO is delivering ROI.

Okay what would you do? We moved from our “starter home” (2.25% 20-yr fixed) to our “forever home” (6.5% fml). We’ve finally cleaned out the old house and have people in there painting / grouting / fixing holes. Still torn on whether we should sell it or rent it out. I’d love to sell it, take the cash, pay down the new mortgage. But people keep telling me it would be foolish to get rid of a hard asset with that low of a mortgage rate.

This weekend, I (who can barely write HTML) hooked Claude Cowork up to the GitHub, Vercel, and Supabase MCPs and built an app that ingests a big CSV of Peec prompt outputs and classifies them for accurate messaging and positioning using Kimi-K2.5 via the Vercel AI Gateway. Still buggy, but I haven't been so in flow in a long time. This is just so much fun!
