@ALyon_SC I'm a Carolina alum. When you look at the NFL players from Carolina on the Panthers alone, it points to a deep talent pool. We have talent. So, what's been the issue? Coaching. I like Beamer. I just don't think he's it. There is a talent in picking and guiding assistant coaches.
