Downloaded it and checked it out, super neat! Here are my thoughts and what I would like to see: -Pick your workouts — I have a workout set I do for a 6 week period. Every day targets a different upper body section win maintenance for lower. Being able to pick the workouts for each day would be great! Users could see the little videos you have when looking for which to pick and workouts tell them which muscle groups the exercise works out. -left this in my first comment before downloading but progressive overload. — for me this one’s a must. If I do bench press with dumbbells on Monday having it automatically up the ante for the next time and keep track of that is incredibly important. -lastly it would be nice, for it to round out my workouts, for me to add “cardio days” so it doesn’t look like on the calendar that I am skipping as I am not. —others that would be great but not a must. Apple HealthKit integration Whoop integration The ability to rate the workout(was it easy? Too much? To little? Just right? If it’s a suggested workout maybe I don’t like that exercise. So the ability to say so and it not be brought up again. Umm. Yeah I think that’s it😅 great app and I see a lot of potential here! I bought lifetime access to help support!🙂 I won’t use it for now but I look forward to seeing updates! Keep it up!

I finally finished my first app without prior coding experience. I wasn’t sure about releasing it because I initially made it just for my own use case. It’s only for people who own dumbbells but keep overcomplicating their training instead of staying consistent—aka me. So it’s not another gym tracker—it’s more like a dumbbell/stretching program stripped down to the essentials.

shitty things that i have learned about this industry working fulltime and being at ethdenver: - everyone is tryna dump on everyone - everyone is scamming (so so sad, but very true) - a lot of founders/VCs do OTC deals more than you realize - community is exit liquidity - it's getting boring - same dapps - only a few (maybe 20%) real people - some folks are real cypherpunk and embody ideologies of eth/btc/sol - too many dudes in our industry - some communities are not that inclusive at all (as they portray) - never believe what people are saying on CT: there's no great ai agent, ai usecase, 10 other categorical usecases. - we are not planning for mass adoption anymore, it's 10 years far, maybe more. - all of crypto is less than 100k people, and there are very less MAUs - the onchain builders and users get fcked the most overall, everyone is racing to get rich quick and stay in the industry as a KOL; there's a lot of liquidity and money, but only whales, cabals, insiders know it. btw, that's how most industries are, ours is just too too fast paced.
