Our physranged just left our discord and blocked everyone because we wanted to hold to 10:30 for our reclear. This is after we gave him full raid bis including weapon/augments.

@tenkayshijou @Liangyyu Week 1 we fed melee, I got RDM weapon drop so I went to back of prio, other melee had tome weapon. Then we let people who needed 3 augments roll on augments first and he got both.

what is it with gear fed DPS dipping and ghosting statics this tier? I’ve heard of 5 different statics where it happened and they all either ghosted or left for dumb reasons such as this or over gear. nobody gaf about a week 3 pink parse!!

@gorgomanteia @JacklynXIV This group was pretty bad and would have a lot of deaths even on reclears, shouldn't need to hold with our level of fear though.

@JacklynXIV gen clueless here but what does delaying the 10 minute burst achieve?

@ffxiv_shino @JacklynXIV They didn't, I got my weapon on the normally scheduled week. I also passed up on twines / shines I was supposed to get for our ninja since they opted to get the tome weapon. That doesn't fit Jacklyn's narrative though, unfortunately.

@JacklynXIV Why would u give the phys range all the items? Wouldn't any of ur other DPS be a better choice?
