Value of IgG subtype staining-detection of v early recurrence. LM: normal IF: IgG 1+, negative kappa & lambda IgG subtype: Bright IgG3, other subtypes negative. Dx: Recurrent proliferative GN with monoclonal Ig deposits (PGNMID), IgG3 50-yr old, transplant <2 months, Cr 1.7.
