@8bitmods Arrived in just under 2 day, amazin. However, I immediately managed to get my stuck in a limbo after accidentally turning it on without the SD card. You couldn't out it to sleep nor turn it off via buttons, fortunately had the right bit so was able to power cycle and it was ok.

📣 Update on VMUPro pre-orders 📣 After a small delay with some packaging materials, we have now started shipping pre-orders of Smoke Black VMUPros that originally had an estimate for October. This week Classic White will follow, with the remaining colours expected to start shipping next week. Orders with an estimate of October are shipping first. Big news! Someone finally noticed that if you hold down CTRL, the process list in Task Manager conveniently freezes so you can select rows without them jumping around. I did this so you could sort by CPU and other dynamic columns but then still be able to click stuff...

This is why I love 3D printing. I saved this Bart Simpson NES controller as it was missing the middle switch slider. Quickly designed and printed within 30 mins and looks like factory :)

@WillConsole I had to deal with this recently .. someone was bright enough to a) replace the wrong chip to begin with b) pulled half a dozen traces off and got about another dozen lifted c) proceded to replace it with wrong frequency chip d) failed to solder most pads properly. why start?!

Megadrive Fun 😒 Had fun repairing this, lots of missing pads and turn RAM traces underneath. This is probably this most simple mod to perform, yet someone took what looks like a blow torch to it.

It’s a relief but also a joke that nothing is being done or this timeline isn’t being given by RM for better transparency
