A wedding decorator would charge 10 million, and Nigerians would even brag about paying it. A neurosurgeon charges 1 million and it's a problem. You pay your photographer 1 million for a day event, but that's unthinkable for a consultant physician.

The stories about doctors removing body organs has left many patients distrusting us. Patient enters theater and I began repairing the eye that was injured by a nail. In the middle of the surgery….. Patient: Dr, please don’t remove my eye. Me: Did the nurse give you the full details of this surgery before you came in? Patient: Yes Me: What did she tell you and what did you consent for? Patient: that you are going to stitch and repair the part that was damaged. Me: Is that the same as eye removal? Patient: I’m sorry doctor Me: that’s not the answer to my question Patient: No, it’s not the same. Please continue with your work
