As someone late-diagnosed with AuDHD, I spent years trying to force traditional investing advice that never fit my brain, until I built systems that actually work with how I think. My new book The Neurodivergent Investor shares practical frameworks to maximize your Return on Effort, turn your neurodivergent strengths into investing advantages, and build wealth without burnout or masking. If you know anyone who’s neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, AuDHD), or just tired of finance advice that doesn’t stick for how their brain works… please share this with them. Your share could genuinely help someone design a financial life that finally feels sustainable and exciting for them.♥️

@MANSOORNABI12 It is such a relief not having personal debt. It allows you pick options to grow, not just conserve/paydown. That shift will open so many paths for you.

@earn_learnROE The last sentence is key. The same way we splurge with money sometimes we should also splurge with time.

It’s not the compounding of investments over time. The true currency is time itself. The truly wealthy control their time

Results always look better in controlled environments. That's why school doesn't prepare you for everything. And why so many people approach investing and business with a rigid structure. Real life takes flexibility and adaptability to survive.

@welleducatedinv Exactly I think it's something often overlooked on the cost side of things. In the beginning, sometimes it's unavoidable but we should focus on not losing more then needed. Time should be tracked the same way we track money imo.

Your contacts don't have to be high level now, just people who are positive and are growing. So many of people I have known over the years have evolved. Now they are business owners, investors, lawyers, lenders and more. Don't pay attention to where people are at in your circle just the quality and where they headed. Time will do the heaving lifting. Just focus on planting as many seeds, and being a reliable contact yourself.

@welleducatedinv 💯 That's very important. Not to mention if you make that clear from the beginning the easier it is. You train your clients on what to expect.

@pepemoonboy Not all properties are created equal, maybe it the market you are in, property managers, how you vet tenants or something else. It's like buying penny stocks and saying that you lost money and no one should invest in the stock market.

I own multiple rental properties. Between tenant turnover, repairs, evictions, increased property taxes, and rising insurance my stock portfolio outperformed all 3 combined. By a mile... Rental properties are not worth the headache. Don't be fooled by the furu's telling you it's amazing passive income.
