Negativity: ❌
Dissonance in schools is a powerful thing. Negativity is not.
School cultures do not improve when dissonance does not exist. Dissonance begins with discomfort and leads to change when people are willing to work toward solutions. Negativity dwells on the problem and become the excuse for change not happening. There is a big difference between the two.
