⚡️Hungary released a video showing 🇺🇦 Oschadbank cash couriers — including a former SBU general — stamping documents in a restroom.
The couriers were later detained along with the cash, which reportedly remains under arrest.
Ukraine claimed they were forced to speak Russian, yet in the video they chat in Russian quite comfortably — unless the restroom was doing the forcing🤣

After everything it has been through, Ukraine has all the moral right to re-establish its nuclear status. To re-acquire the nuclear weapons that were FORCEFULLY (yes, forcefully) taken from her by the U.S. in return for some fake security guarantees.

There cannot be a dichotomy between Hungarian patriotism and broader European patriotism. They are one. Counterposing narrow short-term "interests" of an individual European nation, or viewing those "interests" in separation from broader European interests, is not virtuous as petty nationalists would want us to believe. It is the least virtuous thing. It is despicable. It is treason. That's the correct name for those defenders of their nation's "interests" against EU.

@Constance6968 @cemk_cemil Btw that sweet German cash is a myth. When you add everything up, lost customs, markets, work force etc. Eastern Europe is a net contributor. Actually Hungary is a net contributor even in the strictest sense as a large part of our funds from the EU budget are frozen.

Yes, Orban's transformation has been mind-boggling. The most likely explanation, though, is petty nationalism. It's not like Orban and his supporters really love Russia. Rather they hate Ukraine much more. This is the problem.
Petty nationalism, just like limitless universalism promoted by liberals, is a curse that must be eradicated.

Viktor Orbán has ruled Hungary for 16 years. He rose to popularity standing for freedom against Russia. Yet somewhere along the way, became the errand boy of the Kremlin in Europe. On April 12, he faces an election with a serious challenge from Peter Magyar, literally, Peter the Hungarian, himself a conservative and former member of Orbán's party but who wishes for Hungary to stay European, rather than become Moscovite-barbarian. Once upon a time, Viktor Orbán, too, spoke passionately about defending Hungary from Russia. When Russia invaded Georgia in 2008, Orbán said that Hungary, as a survivor of Russian totalitarianism, must lead the resistance to the Kremlin. Today, Orbán is going to wild lengths to remain as Moscow's man in Budapest—including accussing Ukraine of absurd plots against him, as though he, not Ukraine, is the victim. He has opposed Ukraine's resistance every step of the way.

@VolodyaTretyak The city was much better and cleaner under the previous mayor, who was Orbán's guy. And yes, the fact that Budapest and other Eastern European cities aren't overrun by migrants has something to do with Orbán.

The unanimity principle must be abolished in EU decision making. The infamous liberum veto has wreaked havoc in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 17th-18th centuries and brought its eventuall downfall. Europe must not repeat that mistake. Abolish the "liberum veto" in the EU! So that scumbags like Orban or Fico cannot hold Europe hostage.
