become a generalist.
specialization makes you efficient. generalization makes you dangerous.
what it actually means:
• learn across domains → math, physics, software, economics, biology. patterns repeat across fields.
• connect ideas → innovation happens at the intersection, not inside silos.
• adapt fast → when one field shifts, you don’t collapse, you pivot.
• see systems → specialists see parts, generalists see the whole
• build end-to-end → from idea → design → implementation → delivery
the world rewards specialists in stable environments.
it rewards generalists when things are changing.
right now, everything is changing.
don’t just go deep.
go wide, then stack depth where it matters.

他刚公开了自己的完整工作流，看完之后我发现，
核心就三件事，但每一件都跟大多数人的直觉相反：
第一，永远选最贵最聪明的模型
听着像烧钱，实际上反过来，聪明模型一次想清楚，笨模型来回试错烧掉的token远超差价。
他的原话："计划做得好，代码自然好。"
第二，整个团队维护一个纯文本知识库
不是Notion，不是花哨的文档系统，就是一个txt文件。Claude每犯一次错，记一笔，每周更新好几次，这个文件就是团队的长期记忆，Claude不会在同一个地方摔倒两次。
第三，永远让Claude看到自己代码的运行结果
能跑代码，能看浏览器渲染，
他的比喻很准："你让一个画家蒙着眼睛画画，
画完不让他看，然后怪他画得丑？"
他的清晨流程：醒来，手机上启动三个任务，
该干嘛干嘛，晚点回来检查。
规划模式起步 → 敲定计划 → 自动接受修改 → 完成

一个小孩为了玩手机，可以有多可怕呢？
撒泼、撒谎、骗人、面目可憎，无所不用其极，把人性恶的一面展现得淋漓尽致，我看得毛骨悚然。
在各种斗智斗勇的过程中，我已经身心俱疲，现在彻底不管了。
1.刚开始，我觉得可以放开玩，玩够了就收心了，结果没想到人家更加上瘾，白天+黑夜疯狂刷。
2.后面约好每天玩固定的时间，她也同意了规则，最终以手机上自动统计的时间为准。结果人家玩了后卸载APP，这部分时间就不会被统计上去。
3.再后面变成每天手机只给出去固定的时间，其余的时间放起来，结果人家半夜一两点不睡觉偷偷拿走继续玩。
4.把手机没收之后，她把我之前不用的老手机偷偷拿走，自己藏起来玩。问了也不承认，跟做贼没什么区别。
5.为了让她少玩手机，报了各种体验课，带出去骑行，参观博物馆，结果她都觉得没意思，没快手里的3秒转场好看。
6.我已经不知道她说的哪句话是真的，哪句话是假的。嘴里一堆互联网烂梗和脏话，让我彻底失去了沟通的欲望，看到只觉得烦躁、讨厌。
7.这次经历让我对生孩子这件事再次产生了恐惧，要是我辛辛苦苦生了个孩子，天天跟我对着干，叛逆得要命，各种出力不讨好，生育的意义到底在哪呢？
