@followrandomacc @FeedMe_Katsudon Yeah but that don't mean students when they leave school become fluent at it, majority don't, they can't speak it properly in casual conversation and usually with atrocious grammar. English proficiency in Visayas is not good and down south(Mindanao) is even worse

Despite being born and raised there All the media they consume is English, all school teaching is in English, the language they speak amongst themselves is English. It's crazy to pretend this hasn't happened
