Currently
- I go to university to have a 10am-to-7pm routine (helps a ton)
- I'm using the Forest app (helps a bit)

I have to say I don't understand why a socialist should give up on socialism after being convinced by modern economic theory. Perhaps give up LTV / central planning / other Marxist bona fides, but socialism is a set of ethical commitments, not just empirical or theoretical ones.

It's hard not to think that a lot of anti-vax stuff is just a cry for attention. Sometimes think vilifying anti-vax people is giving them exactly what they want, and ignoring them, letting them get sick, and calmly promoting vaccination separately is the move.

A lot of well-meaning young people have been memed into believing in the labor theory of value to the point that they assume any other account of economics is a capitalist trick. Getting good at politely directly explaining why the LTV is wrong is really important.
