@Jolly_Jack I've known artists that see no flaws in their work. Doesn't mean it was good, they just couldn't see the flaws... I'm almost jelous of that... except they never improve because of it.

I've noticed this with content as well. I've gotten some comments from people basically saying they are boycotting any content from the set, which probably explains it.

Recorded a Best Standard Deck Ever match yesterday and I'm pretty sure it was one of the closest matches of Magic I've played in years, not just in the bracket, but in general. Pretty sure this series is one of my favorite things I've ever done content wise.

Been playing a lot of TMNT draft for fun, and I actually sort of like it. After a rough start I've got 8 trophies in my last 15 drafts and a 70% win rate across my last 50 matches. Probably going to end up hitting mythic in limited by accident.

@SaffronOlive @CardmarketMagic Kitchen table magic, where you build 60 card decks that suck but you think are cool. Still the most fun i had playing. Then i learned about formats, netdecking and existing archetypes... so how do you go back to being ignorant, and making bad fun decks is the question... 🤔

We've got something fun planned for this year. Richard is joining me for a weekly paper gameplay series! We're going to play through a 64 team bracket of the most iconic Standard decks of all time to find the best Standard deck ever! Also random fun stuff like me making Richard play Premodern for the first time. This means slightly less digital gameplay, but way more paper gameplay and way more Richard content! Still finalizing the schedule, but I think it will be paper gameplay on Monday, Against the Odds on Wednesday and Much Abrew/Budget Magic on Friday.

@MTGGoldfish @SaffronOlive I tried brawl after watching this vid, and yeah, i concede immediately if im behind. If your experienced at magic its usually pretty obv if yur likely to lose even on turn 3. Id concede againt this deck too lol.
