The reason why I don't watch a lot of films - Bollywood, Kollywood or otherwise is the rise in the portrayal of docile women who wait to be picked by a man. In the occasional event, that cinema decides to portray a strong women character who is strong, has a mind of her own and has dreams, they will make sure at the end of the movie, that the woman does not achieve her dreams. They will ensure those dreams are modified to suit what men think women should do.

Look, if something happens to you all the time, you won’t talk about it. Case in point - Kohli doesn’t throw a party entry time he hits a four or Dubai Prince doesn’t post on insta every time he buys a Ferrari or Ambani doesn’t announce every time he makes a country’s GDP worth of money. By putting these posts, all you are doing is showing that people asking you out is a once in a blue moon event. Kind of opposite of a flex, you know
