@redial999 @pritipatel Misleading news.... Asylum seekers aren't legally allowed to work. The "cash allowance" is just £37. 75 per week. Unlike economic migrants, many asylum seekers are forced to leave their countries, friends or homes, fearing their life. What would you do?

@pritipatel Don’t repair it -anything will be a palace compared to the poop holes they’ve come from. Stop the money too and hopefully you’ve done something about these ridiculous promises. No wonder they’re flocking here.

@Chellone @redial999 @pritipatel Asylum seekers aren't legally allowed to work. The government "cash flow", or benifits is just £36.95 a week. That is 50% of what people on job seekers allowance receive. Imagine trying to live off that? Accommodation is poor and many end up in shared hostel accommodation.

Captain Sir Tom Moore has been an inspiration - lighting up what has been such a dark year for so many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends, and with all those who have so sadly lost a loved one due to this terrible virus. RIP Sir Tom, a great British hero.
