***MISSING*** BROOKHAVEN, GA The Brookhaven Police Department requests the public’s assistance locating a 54-year-old male. Lucky Hawkins was last seen by his daughter on Aug. 21, 2021, in Union City, GA. According to his family, his red Ford truck was found abandoned at the Sam’s Club off of I-85 and Clairmont Road in Chamblee, GA, with the keys still in the ignition and his cell phone and personal belongings still in the vehicle. Hawkins told family members he was going to North Carolina to renew his car tag. According to his ex-wife, Joy Dockery, the last images of Hawkins were taken at an ATM at the SunTrust Bank on Greenbriar Parkway around 10:15 a.m. on August 23 (photo far right). There have been no sightings of Hawkins since. On Oct. 9, the family got a call from a man who said he saw Hawkins in an argument with two black men who forcibly put him into the back of a black SUV. Hawkins has a teardrop tattoo on his face at the corner of his eye, a tattoo on the side of his neck, and a tattoo of the initials "FTW" on the front of his neck.
