Alexandra witnessed a homicide, and authorities are concerned for her safety. She has some serious medical conditions and there is concern for her mental health, especially as she is likely without medication, as noted in the past. Us Kansans are fans, and we're so lucky to have you here. I'm doing this because in my line of work at a journalist at @KWCH12, I meet people from all walks of life. Often, I'm there for someone's worst day. I want to make the days brighter. Years ago, I started telling the story of a girl named Reese. She had leukemia, and while now, she's a middle school student and doing so GREAT, I want to make sure that no other kids are suffering too. I'm hoping the silent auction item helps my "team" reach our $100,000 goal. I personally think we'll crush it, but I want to make sure we get there so no other Reeses have to struggle. Her family faced financial hardship then, and I just hate that idea. If you can't, I realize you have WONDERFUL causes you support.
