Chism was last seen this morning around 11:30 in the 1000 block of Lincoln Way West in South Bend, Indiana. He is believed to be traveling on foot with his mother, 38-year-old Carrie Crawford. Chism is described as 5-foot-tall with black dreads with gold tips. He was last seen wearing a colorful shirt and khaki shorts. Crawford is believed to be armed and dangerous.
