@HornetsRuinedMe You already have so many three point scorers it won’t be significant while the added 2 point scoring and playmaking is, also cooper starts becoming a respectable three point shooter everytime he starts to have a run of good games and finds rhythm.

this is just the truth about this team as currently constructed, which is also why we will end up shooting 45+ 3s whenever we play a good team, because we don’t have any effective counters.

As good as the Hornets are offensively, they don't have a 2P scorer they can consistenty go to which leads to an overreliance on 3s and offensive rebounds. Teams that can switch, contain drives without over-helping, and keep them off the glass are able to neutralize a lot of what makes them great, and that's when they either live, or die at the 3P line. I could see them giving either the Knicks, or the Cavs issues if they were able to somehow get a 5/6 seed. But against Detroit or Boston? I'd be concerned. That's when they'll really need the variance of the 3P shot on their side.

@HoopSector @TattooguyCJ Miles has a higher floor than Scottie has. Miles can also be inconsistent but his lows aren't as bad as Scottie's.

@ftblervis @British_Buzz Can't afford missing layups and silly turnovers in close games either. We just don't seem to finish close ones, which doesn't bode well for the play-in/playoffs

When the Hornets released Mike Conley so he could go back to Minnesota, the least they could have done was not played him against Charlotte.
