En tu casa es mucho más fácil hacer la plancha o tener múltiples trabajos, eso en la oficina salta al toque.

- do not “turn” to turn (don’t rotate body, don’t try to “point” skis in another direction w/knees or hips, etc.)
- turning comes from applying pressure on the outside ski, which bends it and initiates the turn
- do not lean back, it will kill your quads and you’ll lose control - lean in slightly, you should be feeling pressure on the shin + front of your feet
