A month after breaking an 8 year old Irish 100 metre record, Phil Healy tonight became the first Athlete in more than 40 years to hold both 100 & 200 metre Irish records (Michelle Carroll 1978).Phil clocked 22.99 - breaking the 17 year-old Irish 200 rec & also ran 11.30 for 100.
