First, God using already evil men as a means to sacrifice Himself for the sins of the world does not equal therefore God determined all the sins that He is dying to redeem.
Second, James explicitly teaches that God does not even tempt men to do evil yet you’ve interpreted this passage in Lamentations out of its context to suggest that God commands rapes, molestations, and the most heinous of all moral evil within our world. Shame on you.

So let me get this straight... The Bible explicitly says God predestined the murder of His own perfect Son, and who would do it (Acts 4:27-28), man's greatest evil for God's greatest good (Genesis 50:20), as foreordained by God. The Bible explicitly says nothing comes to pass, good or bad, unless God has commanded it (Lamentations 3:37-38). It explicitly says every single one of your days was written in God's book before a single day came to be (Psalm 139:16), and you cannot change it (Job 14:5), nor can you add even a single moment more to your span of life (Matthew 6:27). But you're still certain that God does not ordain whatsoever comes to pass? Hm.

I don’t understand why EV dick riders cannot let people choose to drive whatever they want.

I'm a lot more open to the possibility of aliens than many people here, but the idea that anything related to aliens or UFOs could have "Bible-changing" implications is totally ridiculous. There is no reason why it should shake anyone's faith to find out that God created other lifeforms on other planets out there in the vast cosmos. There are like a hundred billion galaxies. My faith does not demand that I assume they're all completely empty.

Your argument may hold against extreme Calvinism (or hyper-Calvinism), but it does not accurately represent the majority of those who preach and teach Reformed theology.
Historic Reformed theology affirms the doctrine of compatibilism, which teaches that God’s sovereign election and genuine human choice stand together in a mystery we cannot fully resolve, yet both are biblically true. God ordains whatsoever comes to pass, and human beings still make real, morally responsible choices.
