@SecretPhysician I think you need to chill on this one. He's asked if he's a doctor and he's said he's not. People misrepresent or lie about all kinds of stuff on dating apps. I don't think this particular individual deserves his photo and name shamed on here like this.

Today’s WTF - @Razer @RazerSupport - I asked for replacement keycaps and wrist rest as my keyboard arrived with some cosmetic damage. Offered full replacement. Then told it was wear and tear and not actually eligible for replacement. Four(!!!!) team escalations later… (1/?)

Just bemusing me I have to absolutely destroy a perfectly decent keyboard in the hope of a support bot making a “one time exception”. This after sending invoices (crap as it was a present), photos of the KB, and photos of my whole setup. (3/?)

…I now have to DESTROY MY KEYBOARD and send them photos, so yet another team can decide again whether to send me a full replacement?? It’s so excessive, inefficient, and above all wasteful. Is sending a couple of spare parts truly beyond them?(2/?)
