@AzureDevOps Seems like licenses for parallel pipelines were lost (it reports only 1). We have them through MSDN licenses.

@AzureDevOps Are there currently still pipeline related issues in West Europe? I have the issues that in a scale set agent pool, only the first agent picks up a job. If I delete running instances, it will scale out, but again only first agent runs any jobs.

@AzureDevOps I saw that there was an event (status.dev.azure.com/_event/4579388…), which correlates timewise when the behavior started in our tenant. But it is reported as resolved.
