Sony has removed nearly 130 countries from the purchase restriction list on Helldivers 2. They also removed them for God of War Ragnarök which is good to see. I never thought I would see this day. All Helldivers can now dive. I stated that I would return to playing the game if they reversed this terrible business decision and I meant it. See you all on strange worlds fighting for Super Earth. Also, don't do this shit again. @Sony @PlayStation

@pathofexile Crashed my PC when I enter town in the tutorial :(

@pathofexile Having problems with map transition. Currently already two crashed when trying to enter first town after first boss. PC completely freezes. Only hard reset working here.

We're aware of an issue with players in parties sometimes being placed into parties with other random players. Until we fix this, consider it a feature to enhance your social experience!

So exited for that game, its a rough start. But man: one thing I have to give props to @pathofexile, you guys know how to share information about what going on. As a software developer myself, I love when devs are just upfront with what is going on without business slang!

I viewed software as art. I wanted to be proud of my creation. He viewed software as a tool. It need not be pretty. It just needed to be useful. One can make the mistake at either extreme, but I admit his success impacted me. It’s made me more pragmatic. Ship and iterate.

I care about code quality. But, I also recognize it’s a tradeoff. My old boss didn’t believe in automated testing. He thought worrying about “code quality” was silly. He’d say “We don’t need QA - we have users!” 😬 Result? He sold the company for $135 million.

Asymmetric visibility RFC in #PHP was declined, mostly because of the feature itself, but also because of syntax issues and problems with `readonly`. I hope the authors will come back with improved v2, because I like the ability to distinguish read/write. wiki.php.net/rfc/asymmetric…
