Someone’s guest had snapped a photo of his costume without our knowledge and then sold it to the Hollywood Reporter. This was used against Jay by prosecutors to say that making jokes (despite being an established comedic actor for over 30 years) meant that he doesn’t take this seriously and they should increase his sentence.
