A medical clinician needs to see this as a new undifferentiated problem that needs a good diagnostic assessment. I have helped to get an old cardiology colleague to see them privately to get a CXR and ECG and echo and make sure they aren't missing new treatable pathology. This is modern shambolic medicine.

The proof: Left: 3 months of stats Right: 7 weeks of stats I went from 30% US traffic in the last 3 months (in fact, I had 50% months ago) to 40% Spanish traffic, even though I was writing exactly the same type of content this week, in English. It seems they just want non US people to be unable to reach that audience. It's as plain as that. So, so sad. The NHS is in crisis — and the government’s solution is to remove training jobs, likely pushing even more doctors to leave or work overseas. The government thinks it is acting tough, but it is the patients who will suffer. What a disgrace.

You can't own an EV without a home charger. FULL STOP. Public charging is a rip off which negates the point of having one. Dealers need to be more transparent about this before they take your money.
