Added rate limit notice to remoteok.com/api because people keep hammering my API endpoints 100x per second and it doesn't make any logical sense (yes caching but they do it with every diff ?tag= possible in params) So now limited it to 10 reqs/hour/IP

@jertim @weeaboo i suppose it probably depends on the dbms being used to store the data, but a guid will take up a lot of space for one. i can't imagine exceeding a bigint unless you're not designing a relational model. you're not creating an ID for an online db, just a single game

@meJustinPierce I've been blessed by a DOA 1) motherboard, 2) processor, 3) RAM. Amazon's returns have been frictionless. Every other provider has hurdles (ugh Newegg). I seems they might now be testing returns to validate DOA and impose fees if isn't (since I went through my own experience).
