some weekend hacking exported the content from my collection on @thecosmos and threw it onto an infinite canvas next up: image upload, and metadata —tagging content on upload by seasons, brands, colors, occasions etc, and make it filterable

Hot take. Claude is doing the right thing. Give the real customers a better experience (keep infra working well for them) while ditching people having their bots loop over their calendar 100,000 times a day.

Been waiting for Matt’s comments on EM. I think he’s holding back. As it’s pretty hard to miss everyone else’s.

For the builders impacted by Railway, I urge you to check our Sevalla by @kinsta sevalla.com It's really flying under the radar at the moment and I feel Kinsta is still quietly shipping away on this, but I've been running applications on this forever and it feels really good.

My team ran 20 n8n workflows across cold email, lead enrichment, AI calling, and CRM sync. If your current outreach motion is manual, slow, or bleeding money on bounces... These workflows help you automate list-to-send, enrich leads automatically, and keep your CRM current. We ran them internally. And they consistently delivered. They work because they align to three things: - Verified data before it touches your sending infrastructure - AI enrichment before reps ever see a lead - Automated follow-through so nothing falls through the cracks Here they are: 1. Email Verification Before Send Verifies every address via Hunter.io before Gmail touches it 👉 Bounce rates under 1%, stable sender reputation 2. AI Company Research + Lead Enrichment GPT-4o autonomously researches companies and fills enrichment fields 👉 Saves 12-15 hours/week of manual SDR research 3. Website Scrape + AI Lead Qualification Scrapes form submissions, scores ICP fit, logs to Airtable, alerts Slack 👉 Full lead context before the rep picks up the phone 4. Bright Data MCP Deep Enrichment GPT-4o pulls real-time LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and Instagram data 👉 Fresher data at lower cost than standard APIs at scale 5. Apify + Apollo + Claude Full Pipeline Scrapes companies, enriches contacts, generates personalized first lines 👉 List-to-send-ready in one automated run 6. Apollo Scrape + Timed Follow-up Sequence Scrapes Apollo, sends initial email, auto-follows up after 2 days 👉 Hands-free outbound sequence with randomized send delays 7. Apollo + 4-Email Sequence Generator Pulls ICP leads, enriches with company data, writes full 4-step sequences 👉 Export directly into Instantly, Lemlist, or Smartlead 8. Google Drive Drop - Enrich + HubSpot Sync Drop a spreadsheet, Surfe enriches phone + email, syncs to HubSpot 👉 Hands-free list enrichment and CRM population 9. Simple Scheduled Cold Email Schedule trigger, Google Sheets, Gmail, status update 👉 5 nodes, $0 cost, 20 minutes to build 10. Template Rotation to Beat Spam Filters Randomly rotates 5-10 email variants per send 👉 Reduces pattern-based filtering, protects sender reputation 11. Gemini AI Personalized Email Sender Uses free Gemini tier to write personalized emails at scale 👉 Thousands of personalized sends with near-zero AI cost 12. Google Maps Scrape + Vector DB + WhatsApp Bot Scrapes leads, scores them, stores in Supabase, powers a chatbot 👉 Reps query the lead database via WhatsApp in plain language 13. Vapi.ai AI Voice Cold Calling GPT-4o voice agent calls leads from Sheets, tracks status, retries missed calls 👉 Same meeting rate as human dialers at a fraction of the cost 14. Chorus.ai - HubSpot Call Sync Webhook triggers on call end, syncs AI summary to HubSpot automatically 👉 Eliminates 15-20 minutes of post-call manual logging per rep 15. Call Recording - HubSpot Task Creator AI extracts action items from transcripts and creates tasks with due dates 👉 Every promised follow-up becomes a tracked, assigned task 16. Prospect Email - HubSpot Context Reply Draft Pulls full CRM context, drafts reply, sends to Slack for human approval 👉 AI replies with deal history - human approves before sending 17. Weekly Deal Enrichment from Website Scrape Scrapes company websites weekly, updates HubSpot deal records 👉 Always pitch with current funding, headcount, and tech stack 18. Typeform Lead Scoring + Routing (Gemini) Gemini classifies Hot/Neutral/Cold, routes to separate Sheets tabs, alerts Slack 👉 100 leads qualified in 8 minutes vs 3-5 hours manually 19. Webhook Lead Scoring + Airtable Routing (GPT) GPT-4o-mini scores 0-100 with reasoning, routes 70+ to hot queue 👉 Instant AI qualification and routing for every inbound submission 20. AI Cost Tracking Dashboard Logs every token used, calculates cost per message, serves live HTML dashboard 👉 Full visibility into which workflows are burning your AI budget We use n8n as the automation layer + tools like Hunter.io, Apollo, Apify, Vapi, GPT-4o, Gemini, HubSpot, and more. These are part of 20 workflows we documented internally to replace manual GTM work. If you're building outbound or trying to automate your revenue ops, happy to send over the full list. Reply WORKFLOWS and I'll DM you the complete guide.

why not use the Update URI in the theme headers? then you can run a small theme update server and problem solved? I'm fixing the plugin problem (themes in beta) with automagicwp.com . Just something I needed myself for the agency, we have like tens of plugins and it became a pain.

Whilst @WordPress is so desperate to dunk @wpengine in public like a child, I have a challenge. My @wpengine account is up for renewal. I have around $6k p/a, 100 sites and 400gb of storage to migrate. Sell me your equivalent service or better with a solid plan on how migration will happen.

I created a free resource to build a full Claude Code GTM infrastructure for 2026 that runs automation on autopilot. I've spent the last year testing what actually works across every Claude Code use case for GTM engineers. ✓ Sub-agents running research, enrichment, and outreach in parallel ✓ Turning n8n workflows into live deployed apps from inside Claude Code ✓ MCPs connecting Claude Code directly to Clay, ClickUp, Slack, and your full stack ✓ CLAUDE.md self-improvement loops that make every correction permanent ✓ A full deployment system on Modal and Trigger.dev running 24/7 without you And I finally turned it all into a step-by-step playbook you can steal. This is how GTM engineers are building infrastructure in 2026 - without manual node building, without broken workflows, and without duct-taping tools together. And we're giving away the full playbook for free. Here's what's inside: ✅ The WAT Framework How to structure every Claude Code build with workflows, agent, and tools so nothing breaks when complexity scales. ✅ CLAUDE. md Self-Improvement Loop How to make every correction permanent institutional knowledge so the agent gets smarter every single session. ✅ MCP Stack for GTM How to connect Clay, ClickUp, Slack, and Amplitude so Claude Code reads, writes, and acts inside your actual tools without tab switching. ✅ Sub-agents and Agent Teams How to run parallel research, enrichment, and outreach tasks in isolated contexts so your main session stays clean. ✅ Deployment with Modal and Trigger. dev How to push workflows to production so they run on schedule 24/7 without you triggering anything. This is the same system used to: → Build n8n workflows from plain English descriptions without touching a single node manually → Deploy signal monitoring automations running every Monday at 6am without intervention → Connect Clay and ClickUp so prospect scoring and task creation happen in one session → Run five parallel sequence variant builds simultaneously with zero conflicts using worktrees → Turn browser automation into live LinkedIn workflows that run without manual input All without manual builds. All mapped out. All free. Want the full Claude Code GTM Engineer's Playbook? Reply CLAUDE and I'll DM it to you. Follow me so I can dm you.

I replaced a $200K GTM hire with @openclaw 😱 here's the system that runs my outbound: step 1: mine LinkedIn engagement → @rapidapi scrapes everyone engaging with niche content → someone who commented on specific posts = 10x warmer step 2: enrich + verify → Hunter/Apollo finds the decision-maker + email → @Perplexity deep research pulls signals like hiring, fundraising, media appearances, quotes step 3: score against your ICP → title, company, signals = ranked 0-100 → only A-tier leads get touched step 4: write personalized outreach → Claude writes outreach referencing what they ACTUALLY engaged with and talk about step 5: send via @instantly_ai → 3-email sequence. automated follow-ups. step 6: pre-call deep research → @PerplexityComet builds a 1-page briefing 30 min before every call input: your ICP + niche keywords output: booked meetings with people who already care $200K/year GTM engineer → $130/month in APIs. I packaged the entire system as the First 1000 Kit: - all 8 @openclaw skills - every prompt - tool-by-tool setup - email sequences that convert giving it away free. comment 1000 + like + follow (must follow so i can DM)
