@SueArcher6 @LucyMcCaul @GuildOfMakers I once had a whole class of 8 year olds squint and tilt their heads (unprompted) when I attempted to draw a guinea pig. One child did guess it might be a horse because they're hard to draw. Horses have always been beyond my ability.

@LucyMcCaul @GuildOfMakers As a child I longed to be able to draw a horse. In my head, it was a photorealistic noble steed with flowing mane. In reality, I always had to draw the ground in afterwards to fit the uneven length legs. I still can't do it. #MakersHour

@52_square @GuildOfMakers My niece had the canal boat too! Her cardboard box houses were way more intricate than mine ever were but it was nice to see my Sylvanians moving up in the world.

@GuildOfMakers I never throw things away and try to use what I have. I'm using more recycled yarn as I find sources for it. If I make mistakes, I frog and reuse the yarn so mistakes don't create waste. #MakersHour

@GuildOfMakers A1 #MakersHour This week I've been stressing after PayPal refunded all £2,850 of a client's deposit 5 weeks into an 8 week contract because "ITEM NOT RECEIVED" and I couldn't prove he had received something that I hadn't finished making. My PayPal a/c is a money BLACK HOLE now.
