@VelvetMilkman @DimitrisMarsias @dberenzon Having a lower market cap isn't an inherent flaw in its design. If Eth had a smaller market cap, the same would apply. We should be purely discussing the architecture and design of chains rather than arbitrary number go up or down.

@jackchantw @DimitrisMarsias @dberenzon ETH is a PoW chain. That logic is not sound, ser. I would argue a low market cap chain that had UST/LUNA bridged to it, was much more vulnerable than a high market cap PoS chain.

Cosmos is only as secure as the least secure Cosmos chain. Avalanche is only as secure as the least secure subnet. Weakest-link security models feel scary. What am I missing?

I view the financial fallout as a potential attack vector, created by massive + rapid depreciating token valuations. People panic, unbond, flee to stables at any cost…creating opportunity
