I’m a big fan of a lot of NFL draft media, I have a lot of them on my show and respect their work. those that Im referring to know who they are, But for alot of others, it seems they are rooting against this Jags class, because if this class is good, it makes them look pretty bad

FYI: It’s unfair to judge a team’s draft class based on Consensus Boards. Without a thorough understanding of the team’s plans for the team, players, or scheme, it’s impossible to suggest a pick is good or bad. Teams build their draft boards based on grades that project how a player will perform or contribute within their system, the Consensus Boards and media scouting reports lack that context. Without a clear understanding of the “why” behind each pick, critics are missing some key tidbits that are critical to a full assessment. In the NFL, it takes 2-3 years to determine whether players can play or not. That’s why we should reserve judgment until we see how the players perform and how teams utilize their personnel. That’s not fun, but none of us are privy to the 32 draft boards or the schematic or personnel discussions prior to the draft. We can debate who was selected and where they were picked, but until we understand the why and see how it plays out between the lines, we are still playing the guessing game.

@Yuhigoodspeed I had a wisdom tooth that was sideways impacted and cracked exposing the nerves. It was removed under local anesthesia and that was brutal. They had to break the tooth apart to remove it. You are a warrior for having gone through that with your legs while being awake.

Hardware prices go up, game prices go up.. so I'm making my game's requirements go down. ;) I've spent a couple weeks superoptimiznig the maps... made myself a little tool do help me decouple visuals from collision, so I can merge visuals and have a lot less objects in each map.

One of the biggest challenges I've faced after leaving my last org was moving from a very high security environment which I helped build from the ground up, to a commercial org 2 points lower on the regulatory scale. Moreover, I was enabled to do my job from the people that sat on the top of the totem pole. Its vastly vastly different coming from a sovereign cloud where I was a super admin across the security stack: IdPs, M365, Intune, Purview, SSPM, SASE/ZTNA, MTAs, CSPM, SIEM, EDR, ITM, etc serving people who worked in national security and intelligence. Now I go to a commercial org and I cant even get the appropriate permissions to do my job. It's wild.

My F450 can NEVER be a lifetime ranch truck... they are designed to become obsolete. Updates are required, not easily user serviceable, the tech will fail and eventually the government will digitally end-of-life them. My 1985 F250 will be around forever. You can wrench on it, and it doesn't require special tools, and it can't be digitally bricked. Which truck would you rather have? ... and don't say Dodge/RAM or Chevy, because we all know you are just lying.

@PJ_Marcum It's funny how even the ones with WiFi and services will blink 12:00 am after a quick power outage or surge, yet it saves the wifi password. It should be easy/cheap to put in some small type of battery or capacitor to handle that.

If my new appliances were actually smart they wouldn’t be blinking 12:00 am constantly.
