@andreagail_k @BrandonStraka You must get your news from the Democratic propaganda machine. Noncitizens are voting. That's why the Democrats are going all in on stopping the SAVE America Act. You've been made a fool of by these lying liars.

JD VANCE: "ICE arrested an illegal immigrant from Mauritania who's voted in 7 federal elections since 2008!" "Even if you take the Democrats at their word, even if illegal aliens voting is very rare, then why don't we ban it anyway?"

@BrandonStraka You can, silly as it would be. You just can't do it in a way that impedes or disenfranchises valid voters.

@pitzington @GeraldoRivera Arrests typically require evidence to support them. Without it, you get grand juries returning no true bills on your indictments. No true bills are embarrassing as fuck for prosecutors, so they balk at trying to get indictments without evidence.

@AEKouri @ClayTravis But it doesn't apply to the visiting parents, only to the baby, and then only if the parents wish to push the claim. The baby being born here makes the baby a citizen, not the parents.

@ClayTravis Anyone arguing for birthright citizenship does it on an emotional basis. There is absolutely zero logic to make a case that someone here illegally or visiting should be given the privilege of US citizenship.

An American citizen’s baby can’t become a Chinese citizen by being born on the soil of China. Can anyone explain why a Chinese citizen’s baby should be able to become an American citizen by being born on the soil here? It’s absolute insanity.

Republicans will look like complete schmucks when Democrats nuke the filibuster and turn America into a one-party nation. We must face reality and act now — end it first to save America by securing our elections and ending birthright tourism if the Supreme Court does not.

The New York Times just confirmed what we've long suspected: ActBlue knowingly let in fraudulent foreign donations to help Democrats win. Yet another example of the left's embrace of fraud. Everyone involved must face the full weight of the law.

@ryanswalters73 @dmonnin1 Well, newborns are who BIRTHright citizenship applies to, so it seems a pretty on-point question. Damned shame it upends the wagonload of crap you're trying to sell.

The first part of the Oath of Allegiance to the United States: "I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty, of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen…” Why do you have to renounce it? Listen up leftist dummies: BECAUSE. YOU. ARE. STILL. SUBJECT. TO. A. FOREIGN. POWER. Get it now?

@JackPosobiec I absolutely love this observation. Our Trump administration is playing chess. The Democrats aren’t even playing checkers, much less Sorry or Operation. At best, they are attempting and failing spectacularly at a Whispers/Telephone sleepover game.

Apparently, according to all the legal and historical experts here on X, our Constitution, specifically the 14th Amendment, provides that any foreigner who is 9 months pregnant can come to America and have the baby, who then becomes a US citizen with full rights and privileges, just like any of us who have been here for centuries. A thimble full of brains will render such thinking as utter madness! That was never the intention of the 14th Amendment, no matter what delusions leftists conjure up! If you think that was the intended policy, you are worthy of no intellectual respect whatsoever!

@SenRickScott Sure, since she's saving the DoJ 10s of millions of follars on salaries because 1000s of ethical attorneys resigned rather than work for her. That's a pretty good silver lining.

Pam Bondi is a great friend and one of the best lawyers I’ve ever met. She did an incredible job as Florida’s Attorney General when I was Governor, and she has been an incredible U.S. Attorney General. Ann and I are proud of all Pam has accomplished to make America safe again and restore the rule of law. Thank you, @AGPamBondi!

Tonight, President Trump laid out an incredibly compelling case to the nation for Operation Epic Fury. The Iranian regime’s long history of terror and murdering Americans demonstrates why it was necessary to stop them from getting a nuclear weapon. Thanks to President Trump’s leadership and our brave men and women in uniform, America and the world are safer today with the threat of a nuclear-armed Iran removed. God Bless our United States military 🇺🇸

@PrometheusEra @Biggles9579819 @realBrandonGill Horse shit. The FF's understood that immigrants were beneficial. The only mention of immigration or immigrants in the Constitution is where it designates that the power over it lies with Congress. Of the 12 million immigrants processed through Ellis Island, 2% were denied entry.

Something tells me that when Senator Jacob Howard wrote 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' in the 14th amendment, his intention wasn't that pregnant Guatemalans could cross into Texas, give birth, and have a child with the same rights as you and I.
