The fact that being 'anti-AC' is an actual political position shows you just how stupid large swathes of humanity are. It's essentially a pro-death position. It's as stupid as being against heating in the winter.

I lived in eastern Europe for 11 years and spent half my childhood in Britain. They definitely need AC and colder drinks. It has nothing to do with climate change. They just forget it gets hot every summer then wish they had AC when it’s already hot again. Pretty retarded.

@mhp_guy Better to hit that place in your 20’s or early 30’s. 40’s on it’s rougher to deal with

Most people: Will not do what they need to do with their life until they're at their own personal rock bottom. This looks different to everyone. Some people's rock bottom might be sitting in a federal prison. Some people's rock bottom might be they didn't get the promotion they needed for that year. It looks completely different. But when we hit that rock bottom, only then are most of us able to truly just grab life by the horns and make exactly what we want of it.

@attackdogX I’ve been to India as well and can confirm how bad the living conditions are, even in the wealthy areas. People that are for the massive importing of Indians should spend time in India first. Most would change their stance.

Welcome to India. There is no fixing this culture. I’ve never seen a beach look this bad in my entire life. This is just no regard for the environment whatsoever, no regard for wild life, & no regard for other people. And, you guys have the audacity to be outraged when we say we don’t want you in America?? Well, This is one of many reasons why. No beach should ever look like this. No excuses. Your rivers are even worse, if you can even call them rivers anymore. We do not live like this in America. I spent all day at my local beach today, I didn’t see a single piece of garbage because we don’t litter. And, if we do see any kind of trash on our beach, WE pick it up. We never leave it. Our beaches are beautiful & pristine. There is no magic soil. A country is made up of its people & their culture. Your culture is NOT compatible with us. Im sorry, I am not trying to be cruel, just honest. We don’t ever want to look like this, yet I’ve seen countless footage on how you litter in America while others clean it up. We don’t want this….

@RobDouglas @CoffeeBlackMD I’m a fan. What’s the harm in exposing kids to some of the greatest ancient literature we have? It’s not being preached. They should also should include reading ancient Sumerian, Greek, and Roman literature.

It’s quite something (though sadly not surprising) to watch the same cohort that rails against government mandates whenever they offend their Fox News-brainwashed worldview suddenly demand that the government impose a mandate that would have the Founders and Framers rolling in their graves on the eve of the semiquincentennial. As a civil libertarian who believes that the Constitution, crafted by the brightest and best-educated men ever to gather for the purpose of creating a republic, was arguably a work of providence, it pains me to watch it being torn to shreds by Christian nationalists hell-bent on turning the United States of America into a theocracy.

If someone says “I am a Christian, but I don’t believe this part of the Bible,” then that person is not a Christian. You either believe His Word completely, or you don’t. There is no middle ground.

Nearly all those who say the US should only admit the most talented immigrants would not themselves clear the bar they're proposing. They're effectively saying "Immigration is ok so long as you keep out people like me."
