I'll say it again. Designers have the biggest ego. @FonsMans makes the point that if you post concepts, why have a studio. Because concepts and client work do two different jobs. Concepts are designed specifically to go viral. They're lead gen assets. Client work is often boring, and sometimes under NDA. It pays the bills, but it doesn't bring new clients in. Even the best client work wouldn't get as much engagement as a shiny gradient. Game is game. This isn't unique to design. Brands hire content creators across every industry. Only designers cry about it because their ego can't accept that some of their work has to run in silence, without recognition
