@Dr_PaulinoVigil Qué tal dr. Si bien es cierto que el Estado invierte casi $1M en esos 20 médicos durante 2 años de internado, también es cierto que el trabajo que realizan tiene un valor. Si se tomaran en cuenta las horas y la carga laboral, probablemente el Estado terminaría debiéndoles.

La formación de médicos en Panamá, es interesante y no es para polemizar, es lo que ocurre. Al estado (MINSA, CSS), es decir nosotros, le cuesta un millón de dólares formar 20 médicos generales (al terminar los dos años de internado) y algunos nunca trabajarán en el estado; solo trabajan en la privada o se van del país a hacer especialidad, regresan y solo trabajan en la privada. INTERESANTE.

@memoriaysalud Me encanto el doc q compartió. He venido leyendo sobre el tema. En mi caso, mis privilegios han sido estudiar sin hambre, tener un hogar, entre otros, q me han permitido alcanzar mis metas. Pero, la meritocracia solo toma en cuenta el punto d llegada y no en el punto de partida.
