They dint even check what has happened We have sent detailed vedio of the same Check all ur emails on the same. If call now they are saying its out of warranty. So request you to clear the issue immediately.

Collect rain water directly in to the vessel when it’s raining. Filter it and store it. That’s it. U will see the same quality of water through out a year. I am drinking same whenever I am going to my village.
