Judge Mwanga was part of the Zanzibar Electoral Commission (ZEC) under Jecha Salimu Jecha, which nullified the 2015 Zanzibar election. Can we expect a judge like this to favor CHADEMA, which advocates for "No reforms, No election"? His decisions prove my point that many judges are CCM loyalists, making decisions to benefit CCM and those who can promote them to higher courts. Regarding the ban on party activities: a party is its members, not just its buildings. Even if buildings are important, the party's strength lies in its members. Members should continue fighting on all available platforms, especially social media, even if they can't use the party headquarters. Members should remember the history of similar struggles. The ANC was banned by the apartheid government for 30 years. Its top leaders were either imprisoned for life on Robben Island like Mandela and others or exiled like Oliver Tambo, Thabo Mbeki, and others. None of that stopped the liberation struggle or killed the ANC. Judge Hamidu Mwanga's decision won't stop the fight or kill CHADEMA. The struggle continues. -Admin
