Exploring crypto|DeFi and markets

This is my submission video for the Build in Public Hackathon by @Pumpfun @streamlockfun is a conviction-based launchpad built for diamond hands, where every token bought is locked until the target price is reached Instead of only locking the dev’s supply, every buyer’s tokens are locked via @streamflow_fi $LOCK IN.

Day 2/30 of building @streamlockfun in public for Pumpfun Build in Public Hackathon Todo: > Finish and upload roadmap > More marketing collaterals, design visuals for $LOCK > Test Token Statistics Dashboard > Start planning for @usetapestry > Finish testing mainnet referral system > Launch growth campaigns > Start planning for the first web3 game $LOCK IN FNhcY1cwQvQqaM8CUjXSuoGKJniwC4maBRLqNRLipump

Suddenly, everyone wants to solve bundling and side wallets issues but only because they are losing If they were winning, none of this would be a problem. They will call it generational winning and tell everyone else they have a skill issue. Now that the tables have turned, the same system is broken Funny how the rules only need fixing when you are on the wrong side of them

TLDR: @streamlockfun is a conviction-based launchpad built for diamond hands, where every token bought is locked via @streamflow_fi until the target price is reached. what this solves: > liquidity and attention fragmentation of memes > broken trust between dev and amongst holders > vamps and PVP > bundled farms and rugs > limited upside to memecoins > narrative fatigue and trading exhaustion > lack of time to build communities and cult > ineffective lindy effect > incentives for extractooors FNhcY1cwQvQqaM8CUjXSuoGKJniwC4maBRLqNRLipump

This fee extraction model is one of the reasons subscription business models are rarely successful in crypto. The only proven business model in crypto is one that generates high volume, where companies make money by charging small fees on buying, selling, staking and sending funds That is why launchpads and exchanges will continue to create an infinite money glitch.

Everything in crypto is expensive not just upfront but underneath When you buy a token, you are paying trading fees, gas, priority fees, tips, MEV and slippage, when you sell, you go through the same stack again Even moving funds costs gas. At every step, there is a small cut being taken, some visible, others hidden in execution That is how the system is designed, not just to enable trading, but to extract from every interaction.

I spent five articles building one argument. Here is the $LOCK thesis. I named the god. The centralized exchanges that captured a movement built on decentralization and converted it into the most profitable extraction machine in digital finance. x.com/0xHao_/status/… I mapped the demons. The insiders who fabricate, the KOLs who amplify, the tools that validate. An entire hierarchy designed to keep the offerings flowing. x.com/0xHao_/status/… I broke down the altar. The infrastructure itself is the trap. Every surface in crypto is designed around one activity: trading. Not because it serves you, but because movement is how every entity above you makes money. x.com/0xHao_/status/… I walked out of the temple. Not to another exchange, not to another chain, not to another version of the same game with a different name. x.com/0xHao_/status/… I found the answer. Trust is not a reputation problem. It is a mechanism design problem. And it can be solved at the protocol layer, not the social layer. x.com/0xHao_/status/… $LOCK is not a better version of what exists. It is the first version of what should Lock in.
