INEC's plot to disenfranchise voters leaked, now VDM dragged BLORD to court and suddenly, BLORD is in prison. Conveniently, Omoyele Sowore has gotten involved, claiming that he'll get BLORD released... The timeline is shifting from INEC to VDM and BLORD... There are no coincidences in Nigerian politics.

This is such a serious issue So the original Vice National Chairman claimed he never resigned even though the Chairman resigned and what that means is that he should effectively become the National Chairman, not David Mark It’s a valid position to be honest and except there’s proof of him resigning, then they are cooked
INEC Nigeria@inecnigeria

PRESS RELEASE INEC’S POSITION ON THE COURT OF APPEAL’S DECISION IN APPEAL NO. CA/ABJ/145/2026: SENATOR DAVID MARK V HON. NAFIU BALA GOMBE & ORS The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has received: A letter from the law firm of Suleiman Usman SAN & Co. dated 16th March, 2026, titled: “RE: NOTICE OF PENDING PROCEEDINGS BEFORE THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT AND CAUTION AGAINST ANY PURPORTED RECOGNITION OF MR NAFIU BALA GOMBE AS ACTING NATIONAL CHAIRMAN OF THE AFRICAN DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS (ADC)” written on behalf of concerned stakeholders within the African Democratic Congress (ADC) A letter from the law firm of Summit Law Chambers also dated 16th March 2026 titled: “DEMAND FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THE ORDERS MADE BY THE COURT OF APPEAL, ABUJA DIVISION IN APPEAL NO: CA/ABJ/145/2026: SENATOR DAVID MARK V HON. NAFIU BALA GOMBE & 4 ORS” written on behalf of Hon. Nafiu Bala Gombe. While the letter from Suleiman Usman SAN & Co urged the Commission not to recognise Mr Nafiu Bala Gombe as acting National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) on account of the pending Suit No. FHC/ABJ/CS/1819/2025: Hon. Nafiu Bala Gombe v. ADC & 4 Ors. before the Federal High Court, Abuja, where the question of the leadership of the Party (ADC) is presently being contested, the letter from Summit Law Chambers, on the other hand, attached the certified True Copy of the Judgment of the Court of Appeal in Suit No. CA/ABJ/145/2026: Senator David Mark v Hon. Nafiu Bala Gombe & Ors and requested the Commission to enforce the judgement of the Court of Appeal, including: Ceasing recognition of Senator David Mark and Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola as National Chairman and National Secretary respectively of ADC; Removing their names from the Commission’s portal; and Refraining from dealing with or recognising any actions taken by them in respect of the party in line with the preservation orders made by the Court of Appeal. Subsequently, by another letter on the same subject matter dated 27th March, 2026, Summit Law Chambers alleged that the Commission had acted in disobedience of the Court of Appeal’s Orders by: i. Inviting Senator David Mark’s group to a political parties’ meeting held on Tuesday, 24th March, 2026; and ii. Monitoring a purported National Executive Committee meeting of that group. The solicitors (Summit Law Chambers) further drew the attention of the Commission to the Motion Ex-Parte and Motion on Notice filed by their client on 15th December, 2025, seeking to prevent the 1st Defendant (ADC) from holding any convention, congress, conference, or meeting and to stop INEC from attending, monitoring, observing or recognising any activities of the ADC. They accordingly requested INEC to invalidate the NEC meeting held by Senator David Mark's group on 25th March, 2026, remove the name of Senator David Mark's group from the INEC portal, stop recognising or acknowledging correspondence from them until the determination of the pending suit before the Federal High Court, Abuja and allow Hon. Nafiu Bala Gombe to take over the affairs of ADC pending the determination of the case, and that INEC should respect the orders of the Court of Appeal in Appeal No. CA/ABJ/145/2026. ORDERS OF THE COURT OF APPEAL In its judgement delivered on 12th March, 2026, the Court of Appeal dismissed the interlocutory appeal by Senator David Mark and made amongst others, the following Orders: “Finally, it is necessary to make preservatory orders to ensure that the subject matter of the dispute pending before the trial court is not prejudiced as Courts have inherent powers to control and regulate proceedings to ensure justice...

INEC is complying with a court order, yet you’re encouraging people to protest. And these are the same people who want to lead. They seek to have things done their own way, without regard for the law. Instead of assembling competent lawyers, you’re mobilising protests.

Once you understand that in this life, there is what is legal and there is what is morally right, sometimes what is morally right is not legal. It is morally right to form a formidable opposition, but it is not legal to hijack a political party. 😅😅 The legacy you hijacked, their party, and left them empty-handed because you feel you're morally right and will have the court of public opinion on your side will not sit back and watch you screw them over like that. APC'S DESPERATE PLAN UNCOVERED Yesterday, we disclosed a sinister plot by agents of the ruling APC government to pressure INEC into taking illegal action to destabilise our party, following the milestone movement of H.E. Rabiu Kwankwaso to the ADC. After meeting a brick wall with INEC, they have now changed tactics, but the objectives remain the same. Information reaching us this morning is that a public protest is being planned for tomorrow, Thursday, 2nd April, in Abuja, sponsored by a particularly notorious minister. Their expectation is that a protest will give oxygen to a case that is already suffocating in the courts under the weight of its own illegality. The plan is simple: a paid crowd, posturing as aggrieved party members, will take to the streets demanding “David Mark Must Go.” This, they hope, will create “public pressure” on the INEC Chairman to magically upgrade and recognise an individual who resigned his position and was subsequently expelled from the ADC, to the position of National Chairman of a party he no longer belongs to. The plan by the ruling APC government to hijack the leadership of the ADC, the only viable opposition party left in the country, is real. If anything, it has assumed a new level of desperation in the past few days. They are not just afraid of our momentum. They are afraid of what happens when the Nigerian people start paying attention and begin to believe that change is possible. ADC remains focused on our duty to Nigerians, and we shall remain law-abiding. We will, however, resist by all lawful and necessary means. If they are not acting on his orders, President Tinubu should rein in his enforcers before it is too late.

We reject @inecnigeria’s interpretation of the Court of Appeal ruling. We knew that INEC was being pressured by a government that has become jittery from the ADC’s rising momentum even in the face of its relentless assault on all opposition parties. INEC’s press statement is full of contradictions that fly in the face of both facts and reason. We shall clarify these contradictions for all to see. What is clear, however, is that INEC has caved to pressure and has chosen to side with the government against the Nigerian people. We are currently reviewing our options, and we shall make these known soon. Meanwhile, we call on our members and all Nigerians to remain steadfast as they await further directives. Nigeria is rising. ADC is rising.

The Atiku Abubakar led coalition lacked strategy. They should have ensured the ADC held a Special National Convention to dissolve the Ralph Nwosu led National Executive Committee and install a David Mark led Caretaker National Committee. This approach would have prevented their current troubles. The method used to transfer power from Nwosu to Mark was both controversial and undemocratic.

Obi: Why I’ll work with Malami, @elrufai despite corruption allegations Peter Obi, 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), says he will work with every member of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in spite of the corruption allegations against them. Speaking on Saturday on Magic FM in Aba, Abia state, Obi said getting closer to them offers him an opportunity to change them positively if they are guilty. @PeterObi cited Jesus Christ in the Bible, whom he said associated with prostitutes and tax collectors while on earth, to change them positively. “When Jesus came here, his friends were tax collectors and prostitutes because it’s all part of what he was trying to change. It was all part of what he was trying to build as a person,” Obi said. thecable.ng/obi-why-ill-wo…

This is the only reason why the likes of Wike, Tinubu, CP, Soludo, and many others don’t want him to become president. But again, the will of Nigerians is stronger than that of those selfish politicians who have killed Nigeria economically. In 2027, it will be a different story. Nigerians will win this time around.

Unhealthy indebted nations are those that have debt to GDP ratio above 50%....( Global benchmark)... Nigeria Revenue to debt is still below 60%.... Unhealthy indebted nations have revenue to debts above 90%... Under Buhari it was above 100%.... Nigeria needs $200billion to fix power... $100billion to fix roads among others.... @olaniyi42g @Prezain_LJ It cools the room faster in such a way that the room temperature for my room sometimes reads 18°C... Most ACs don't cool your room to that temperature.. so when the power goes off.. it takes longer for your room to return to normal room temperature.

I have four ACs at home, two LG units, one Hisense, and one Midea. In the office, I use Panasonic. I haven’t used Royal, so I can’t really say much about them. From my experience, Hisense is the worst of the ones I’ve used. It works better at night, takes time to cool, and once the power goes out, the cool air disappears almost immediately. The best AC, in my experience, is Midea. Within about five minutes of turning it on, the whole place is already freezing. Even after a power outage, the room stays cool for quite a while.

@Prezain_LJ No company is anywhere near Midea when it comes to ACs... When my friends that have hisense visit me they always take time to admire the AC... Whether the weather is hot or cool its always chilling inside.. I'm not sure other company ACs will survive how I use my midea.
