One day you're making 16k days. The next day you're moving ads with post IDs to a different ad account Thanks Meta.

It's almost NEVER the ad account. This brand was cooked before coming to the Buffalos. Now it's thriving, has a winning offer and will hit $30-50M in the next 12 months PROFITABLY. Before you can get a brand to $50k+ day of spend your offer and CLTV needs to be able to support it.

That’s not the point, if you build quality in creatives, offers etc. you will not have performance volatility. Of course you will have some small performance volatility as always but in general after you calculate all for a month you are going to end up in big plus. The sad truth is that you only can comprehend this if you are actually doing it or seen it from someone who is doing it, so I don’t blame your point, I once thought the same

@andreilunev @buffalofink @IstvanicMarin Yea 130k day spent on random sunday vs. consistent 100k day spent for weeks/momths with abo, while buliding bigger email lists to capitalize on as additional plus

Is it just me, or has FB removed the option to customize the columns and check attribution settings? I hope it's just a temporary glitch

Has anyone experienced bans or restrictions when connecting Claude to Shopify, similar to what I heard happened to a few people with Meta?

Every time I launch a new creative I know within 48 hours whether it has potential or not. Not because of ROAS that's too early to trust. Because of the signals underneath. First thing I look at is spend velocity. If Meta is spending on it fast, that means the algorithm likes the creative. It's getting engagement, people are stopping, clicking, watching. That's signal one. Second is CPM and CPC relative to the account average. If the creative is getting cheaper traffic than everything else running, the hook is working. People are responding to the opening. Third is the landing page behaviour. Are people bouncing or are they staying? A creative can look great in the ad account and still send the wrong traffic. If bounce rate is high the creative is attracting the wrong audience or the landing page doesn't match the promise. Found a winner on a recent brand that spent $10k in a few days. I knew within the first 24 hours it was going to work because all three signals were there fast spend, low CPM, low bounce rate. Launched 3 new hooks the next day. Iteration spent $3k profitably. The first 48 hours aren't about judging performance. They're about reading signals. Learn what to look for and you'll never waste budget waiting a week to make a decision.

Managing $5M/month across 5 ecommerce brands changed how I think about ads completely. When you only run one brand you think your problems are unique. They're not. The brand struggling with creative fatigue is making the same mistake as the brand struggling with scaling. The brand with a 1.8% conversion rate has the same landing page problems as the brand that can't get past $500/day in spend. Patterns repeat everywhere. A bundle change that took one client from $55 AOV to $89 AOV; I saw the same opportunity in three other brands within the same month. ABO testing that unlocked profitable creatives CBO was killing, same fix worked across five accounts. When you see 5 brands every day you stop guessing and start recognising. The playbook gets sharper with every account. That's the difference between a media buyer running one brand and one managing five, it's not skill, it's pattern recognition from volume. I launched my own brand and hit $100k in month one. Not because I'm smarter than other founders. Because I'd already seen what works and what doesn't across 5 brands before I spent a single dollar of my own money.

We run multiple campaigns, personally not a fan of the 1 big CBO structure, i know it works for some brands but especially at a high scale you want more control and you don't want to give Meta a 100-200K/day budget on 1 CBO, if it messes something up with the delivery (which happens quite often unfortunately) your whole profitability is down the drain for that day.

@scalesurfer_ Do you do multiple campaigns or 1 big CBO?

CLAUDE + MCP just automated 100% of my Facebook Ads reporting. This MCP integration turns Claude into your personal Facebook Ads analyst. Ask questions in plain English. Get full performance reports with charts in seconds. Perfect for agencies & e-comm operators who are tired of wrestling with Ads Manager. Here's the problem: You need a quick performance snapshot for a client call. So you're digging through Ads Manager, pulling metrics into spreadsheets, building charts manually, formatting everything into something presentable. 30 minutes later, you've got one report. Claude + MCP does it differently: → Connects directly to your Facebook Ads account → Pulls all performance data automatically → Calculates ROAS, CPA, conversion rates on demand → Generates charts and visualizations in real-time → Builds complete client-ready reports from scratch No Ads Manager tabs. No spreadsheet wrangling. No formatting headaches. What you can ask Claude: - "How did my campaigns perform last week?" - "Which ad sets have the best ROAS?" - "Build me a client report for October" - "What's killing my conversion rate?" One prompt. Full report. Done. Built with Claude MCP. Want the complete MCP setup? > Comment "CLAUDE" > Like this post >Follow  @sakhil_ai And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

UPDATE - I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK It seems there’s a lot of people in the same situation, and it only took 5 mins to get it back so here’s what I did: - On Instagram subscribe to verification (can take 48hrs but mine only took 10 mins) - This gives you direct access to a PERSON on live chat - Explain what happened and they’ll (hopefully) reinstate your account like they did mine Good luck!
