$0 → $1M with eCom – Day 1
I’ve tried ecom a few times before when I was younger, all stores ended up flopping. Quit for years, but got back into it last June with a UK beauty store.
Ran it for 2 weeks until Meta disabled my ad account over a failed payment on their end. Took ~2 months to get back up and running.
During that time, a close friend started dropshipping fashion and doing some great numbers. Low barrier of entry, relatively high upside, I knew I’d dive in as soon as my account was back.
A month ago I launched to the French market. Did €8.5k in sales my first month (record day €820) but finished with about a €600 loss after testing and learning from my mistakes. Quickly realized French customers were skeptical and complained a lot.
So 3 days ago I decided to pivot to the US. Built and launched an entire new store and ads in 10 hours alongside my 9-5 (worked 22 hours straight that day, lack of sleep fucked me up and zuck was my sleep paralysis demon)
First batch of tests didn’t work. Killed them. Uploaded new products yesterday. Woke up this morning hyped to check results and my ad account was disabled due to my account being ‘compromised’ even though i have 2FA.
Support says it’ll take 24-48h for review. In the meantime I’m spinning up a new BM and ad account so I can hopefully get back to testing today or tomorrow.
Setbacks keep slowing the momentum, but I’m still grateful for the journey and the people I’ve met who’ve helped along the way. I know that with enough consistency I’ll make the US store profitable, then use that cashflow to build a real long-term brand focusing on more problem solving products.
To the few who read this, thank you for taking the time to tap in with my journey and i’ll see y’all tomorrow! 🫡

Honorable mention: Shoutout to @itsliellevin for motivating me to keep going with his daily $0-$1m posts, and for being the inspiration to start posting about my journey in ecom aswell!
