@DavidBakhtiari @atolio Perhaps this is the end of retirees taking all that institutional memory with them out the door? Good idea...

Bold Prediction: By 2030 @atolio will be in almost every enterprise company. Making employees more efficient by offering search solutions within the company across all platforms. Imagine Google, but within your workplace.
Let’s check back in on this in 3 years..

@StonerBoner85 @DavidBakhtiari @Whateverdude77 @atolio Yes you obviously have to solve permissions too :) That's why it's hard - you have to solve for AI with RAG, search + relevance, document-level permissions, fully on-prem, unifying across vendor silos, enterprise scale, etc.
English

This is a start, but not a solution. Beyond access at the organizational level, lots of data can only be available to people in specific roles.
As a simple example, imagine if someone working for the team on the media side of things had rights to the AI trained with the front office's information.
In a more concerning case, if someone working on a part for missiles had access to an AI trained on the government contract could provide them sensitive info they possibly cannot access.
It's a lot to manage in a technical sense and this does nothing to manage that risk.

The #Cowboys have unveiled an AI-driven hologram of Jerry Jones at AT&T Stadium. Fans can ask about his life, college at Arkansas, owning the Cowboys, etc. The technology can generate multiple responses, creating a lifelike conversation with Jerry Jones.

Matching documents with vectors or keywords is, by now a common capability. However, @vespaengine distinguishes itself by enabling sophisticated ranking with machine learning models on a large scale.

@GergelyOrosz We've been doing a lot of work in this space at @atolio especially when we look to understand an engineer's graph at work based on the work they collaborate on across tools (Slack, Jira, GitHub, etc.) - here's a quick example of this for our relatively small team
