AB 1803 would force employers with 5+ employees to implement “anti-hate speech” training. But “hate speech” has no clear legal definition, and the Supreme Court has made clear it is not an exception to the First Amendment. So what counts as “hate” will be decided by shifting cultural & political standards. And we already know how that plays out. I have personally been compared to a Nazi, called hateful, transphobic, and harmful, by sitting members of this Legislature, simply for expressing common-sense views and my religious beliefs. So is that hateful?

AB 1973 would allow medical personnel w/o surgical training to perform 2nd & 3rd trimester abortions and shield out-of-state providers from professional discipline. "At 14 weeks pregnant, my baby boy was already fully formed. He had arms and legs, and he loved to somersault and suck his thumb." CFC @leandralepp03 testified in opposition.

What the devil meant for evil the Lord uses for good. So honored to share my story and advocate for college women who find themselves in a crisis pregnancy. Abortion is not your only option even if legislation like AB 2540 continues to promote it as if women cannot succeed without it. However, we all know women are far more capable than that. @CAFamily

AB 2531 promotes abortion to veterans as if it’s their only hope. Veterans already experience high rates of PTSD and suicide. Do we really want our veterans to endure the harmful side effects of abortion as well? @CAFamily

AB 1803 doesn't define hate-speech potentially forcing employers/employees w/convictions to comply with training that goes against their beliefs. Author, Asm. Lowenthal flipped off girls at a press confrence defending female-only spaces. Lowenthal doesn't deny it. If that isn't hate speech, what is? youtube.com/watch?v=T1LPDf…

Jonni Skinner testified before the CA Assembly Health Committee on 3/17/26 against AB 1540, a bill funding an LGBTQ hotline that affirms gender ideology & irreversible interventions. What kind of hardened heart listens to Jonni’s story of being abandoned by the Trevor Project… and responds with a canned speech about “hateful voicemails”? Gonzalez is right about one thing: our opposition letter WAS about ideology. We believe kids in crisis deserve care, NOT an ideology that tells them their body is wrong. Apparently the Health Committee is A-OK with that message as the bill passed out of committee on a party-line vote.
